Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m

If you would like a private appointment, this can be arranged between 2 p.m - 5 p.m Just ring for a chat about your requirements and to make your free appointment.

Home visits can be arranged for disabled customers as the shop is on the first floor accessed by steep stairs. This is also a free service for the Gateshead, Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland area.

I know the above hours are a little restrictive, but this is due to the building being closed at weekends. Please don’t hesitate to give me a call if you have a problem coming to the shop during normal hours and I’ll do my best to arrange something to accommodate you.
